This is a course that goes around Mureunggye and the southern fence, Cheongok and Dutasan Mountain, all at once. Although you won't be able to see the most spectacular Yongchu Falls, you can instead climb the highest observatory, Sinseonbong Peak. The view from the top of Cheongok Mountain is not very good. Instead, there is a spring in the southwest. On the other hand, Dutasan Mountain was refreshingly open except for the north. The ridge intersection on the northern tomb of Dutasan Mountain is also the highest point of the fortress. Munjibangsanseong Fortress, which passes on the way down the mountain, is the lowest point, and Dutasanseong Fortress, which surrounds the valley of the 12 mountain ranges, is built extremely high, at 550 to 1,000 meters above sea level. Like Seoraksan Mountain's Gwongeumseong Fortress or Hangyesanseong Fortress, it is a refuge fortress to avoid the Mongolian army. To complete this long course, you must start early or hike at night. However, if you have time, it would be a good idea to go to Sangbokgol, north of Samhwasa Temple, and start from Peak 1143, complete the Mureunggye Undu hike, then change the day to explore the valley's secret scenery, including Donggol Falls, Gwaneum Falls, Ssangpok, Yongchu Falls, and Bakdal Falls, and then cross Yeonchilseongyeong and end at Jungbong-ri, Hajang-myeon.

The starting point is the East Sea. Express buses to Donghae run every 450 minutes from Gangnam Terminal in Seoul.
